Our Brewmasters at work
Here, at Sick-N-Twisted, we rely on the expertise of our home-grown brewmasters. They are constantly experimenting with new flavors and varieties of craft beers. They nudge, cook, blend . . . to make the “perfect” brew, every time, every day.
We are fortunate to have people who love the craft of brewing beer. Our brewmasters bring not only their practical, technical experience but their dedication and passion for a craft that is enjoying a renaissance in this country, in unprecedented levels.
According to Craft Beer, an American craft brewer is:
Annual production of 6 million barrels of beer or less (approximately 3 percent of U.S. annual sales). Beer production is attributed to the rules of alternating proprietorships.
Less than 25 percent of the craft brewery is owned or controlled (or equivalent economic interest) by a beverage alcohol industry member that is not itself a craft brewer.
A brewer that has a majority of its total beverage alcohol volume in beers whose flavor derives from traditional or innovative brewing ingredients and their fermentation. Flavored malt beverages (FMBs) are not considered beers.
Visit the Brewers Association for more information about the craft brewer definition and details on the craft beer market segments: brewpubs, microbreweries and regional craft breweries.
